In accordance with Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter “LOPD”), and other implementing legislation, Altoclick.net informs its clients and any person who provides their personal data about its Personal Data Protection Policy.
In accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data, the data voluntarily provided by the user will be included in a file for which Altoclick S.L. is responsible.
The purpose of this file is the general administration and management of Altoclick.net for the provision of services to its clients, in order to be able to identify and contact them, and to provide them with any information they request. Altoclick.net may use the data supplied to it to send commercial, legal and any other information it considers of interest to the data subjects.
In any case, the user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, objection and cancellation, which may be exercised by the user and, where applicable, by their representative, by means of a written and signed request addressed to:

This request must be accompanied by the following information: the user’s first name and surnames, an address for notifications and a photocopy of their national identity document or passport. In the case of representation, this must be proven by means of a reliable document.
Altoclick.net has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of personal data and thus prevent its alteration, loss, or unauthorised processing or access.
Altoclick.net undertakes to comply with the duty of secrecy established in the applicable legislation regarding the data contained in its file, and not to transfer such data without obtaining the express consent of the data subjects.
Collection of data from curricula vitae
For the purposes of the LOPD, you are informed that your personal data, as it appears in the curriculum vitae you have sent us, will be included in a file for which Altoclick S.L. is responsible, to be processed for the purposes of staff management and selection. By the mere fact of voluntarily sending us this data, you expressly authorise Altoclick.net to process it for the purposes indicated above. You are also informed that you may exercise your rights of access, cancellation, rectification and objection to the processing of your data in the cases provided for by law, following the procedure set out in the data protection clause above.
