Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce, establishes that the provider of information society services must have the means to allow both the recipients of the service and the competent bodies to access, by electronic means, permanently, easily, directly and free of charge, the information set out below:
